Bedford Investments, a privately held real estate company, is engaged in the development, ownership, leasing, and management of commercial properties, and is one of the largest of its kind in Winnipeg’s Exchange District, a National Historic Site. Our portfolio currently includes office, retail, parking, and warehouse space as well as various land holdings for future development.

Since Bedford Investments manages all of its buildings, we are extremely tenant oriented and responding to our tenants’ needs is our main priority. Bedford Investments is not a managing agent, but the property owner, so we are able to respond quickly and knowledgeable to all inquiries regarding development and leasing.
